Entitlement Management System

UX/UI Sub-Product Manager and Designer / Front-end Developer

• Lead the front-end development team (3 - 5 developers) to conduct a major UX/UI redesign initiative for the Entitlement Management System (JS, React, HTML, CSS), as well as optimize the front-end architecture to improve the application’s performance and accelerate the delivery time for new features.

• Closely work with technology and business representatives from multiple line of businesses, coordinate and prioritize requirements, identify the areas for improvement, and come up with redesign plans

• Conduct user researches such user interviews and surveys; Create low-fidelity wireframes, Interactive UI Prototypes, and high-fidelity mockup

C4 Architecture Modeling Platform

Primary Full-Stack Developer

• Designed and built the Asset & Wealth Management strategic architecture modeling application (JS, JointJS, Angular, HTML, CSS, Java). It has been recognized and taken over by the CTO Office to transform into a firm-wide strategic architecture modeling platform.

• Provided trainings and support to users; Frequently demoed the application to potential users and continuously promoted the application across multiple LOBs; Closely interacted with end-users to collect feedbacks and identify requirements for designing new features and optimizing the application.

• Actively managed stakeholders and led the ownership transfer initiative for handing over this application to the CTO Office.

AppInsight / Macro Metrics Service

Full-Stack Developer

• Developed the AppInsight dashboard and the Macro Metrics service (JS, Angular, HTML, CSS, Java, GraphQL) to bring together application portfolio data from key systems and provide high quality metrics and trend analysis to support firm-wide initiatives and help drive software development modernization.

Data Visualization Library

Product Manager / Project Manager / Primary Frontend Developer

• Led a product team of 3-5 engineers, built and launched a dynamic and responsive data visualization library (JS, D3, Angular, React, HTML, CSS) for web applications across Asset & Wealth Management department.

• Led the team revamped the product from a simple charting library into a framework with well-defined configuration schema, reusable components, modern web tech adapters, and new feature/chart quick-to-market ability.
